Each day the mail comes in and it is given to Larry to separate and pass out according to the list below:

Insurance Company Mail = Toya
Customer Mail = Lucy
Returned Quotes = Credit Folder
Not our Mail = Reyes
Returned customer mail = Toya
Bills and Miscellaneous = Larry


If the Mail does not arrive by 1: 00
Roxana will go down and get the mail out of the box.
